Gregory edward clemens was born on October 4, 1958 in Portland, Oregon. He was one of seven children born to Dr. Edward and Rose Marie (Seelie) Clemens. Greg attended St. Matthew Grammar School, and then graduated from Jesuit High School in 1977. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Portland State University.
He married Sally Rand on May 30, 1987 in Portland, OR. They made their home in Beaverton until 2005 when they moved to Newberg, OR. Greg worked as a service writer in several local auto dealerships and later transitioned to the real estate industry.
Greg’s talents were many including, fishing, golfing, boating, remodeling his home, landscaping and running. He especially enjoyed spending time in Manzanita at the Oregon Coast with his family. He also enjoyed music and sports. His family will mostly remember him for his sense of humor and his devotion to his daughters.
Greg is survived by his parents, Dr. Edward and Rose Marie Clemens, of Hillsboro, Oregon; two daughters, Katelyn and Kelsey Clemens and their mother Sally Clemens of Newberg, Oregon; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Melinda and Rob Wiggins of Puyallup, Washington; Janine and T.J. Spear of Bend, Oregon; Carolyn Clemens of Portland, Oregon; and brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Stephen and Anne Clemens, of Portland, Oregon; Matthew Clemens of Hillsboro, Oregon; and Scot Clemens of Federal Way, Washington.
